NEW CLIENTS
If you or your pup is new to us, please give yourself a few extra minutes to check in for the first time. You will be asked to fill out a "new client" form, along with a general liability form.
The first visit you should also receive a copy of our policies and procedures. We like to refer to these as our house rules. They will give you an idea of how we handle things and what you can expect from us. If you want to get a jump start on these house rules, you can find them here on this page in the PDF.
Time is very important. Our team always tries to be efficient while still providing the highest quality of care for your pet!
Please allow up to 4 hours for services with your pet.
If you have more than one dog and during holiday seasons this time could increase, but please trust that your pet is always being cared for in the safest and most comforting way no matter the amount of time. ​
We understand that there may be situations where your pet may need special accommodations when it comes to time.
For this reason, we have added an EXPRESS grooming to our services.
A $25 fee will be added to your normal grooming charges for an Express groom. With an Express groom we will guarantee that your pup is with your groomer start to finish with no interruptions.
This must be pre-arranged and booked in advance.
